Flu Shots at Lakewood will be a little different this year because of COVID:
-There will be NO walk in flu shots, or appointments made for Flu shots only.
-Patients here for scheduled appointments can get their Flu shots.
-We will be offering 4 Drive Up Flu Shot Clinics on:
* 9/19/20 9-11:30 am
* 9/29/20 5:30-7:30 pm
* 10/10/20 9-11:30 am
* 10/15/20 5:30-7:30 pm
*If you need your Flu shot before the Drive Up Clinic dates, we encourage you to use a local pharmacy.
